Returns Policy
At On Time Watches, we are committed to ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority. If the product you receive is faulty or differs from the description, you are eligible to request a refund or exchange.
Returns
- 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your purchase to request a refund and return the item to us.
- Eligibility Criteria:
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• All product tags and additional strap links must be included.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method, minus R150 original courier fee.
- Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exceptions:
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and do not qualify for refunds.
